3.at boil add 1oz Citra, 30 min 1 oz Citra, 40 min 1 oz Cascade, 45 min 1 tab Whirlflock(or 1 tsp Irish Moss), 50 min 1 oz Cascade, 1/2 tsp yeast nutrient and wort chiller. 60 min cut heat
4.6 gallon end result with OG 1.045, cool to 70. add to fermenter, pitch yeast and add air lock
