Festbier style beer, the light-colored beer served at Octoberfest, malty, low bitterness with nice hop flavor and aroma. I'm using 2 packets of Cellar Science German Lager Yeast, which is the Weihenstephan lager strain. This will be my first time using this brand of yeast. I'd like to have a nice lager for the annual canoe trip.
