As inspired by a shock top twisted pretzel thread on hbt: https://www.homebrewtalk.com/threads/pretzel-wheat-beer.735126/ I will also add 1.5 lb of crushed up sourdough pretzels in the mash and 10g of salt in the boil. The pretzels won't have salt on them.
