Nov 11/24: Mashed in with 22.5L, 6ml lactic, 3g each CaCl2 and CaSO4
2.
Hit 65C, 45 minute mash

Sparged with 16.5L, 4.5ml lactic, 3.5g each CaCl2 and CaSO4
4.
Added 12oz dextrose at 15 minutes along with whirlfloc and yeastex.
5.
Steeped 13oz spruce tips at 5 minutes.
6.
Nov 11/24 Noon: Pitched into 21.5C wort. Into FC set to 18C.
7.
Nov 12/24 7am: FC down to 16.5C. Laser at 17.6C. Krausen forming.
8.
Nov 13/24 7am: Laser beer at 17.6C, bubbling away.
9.
Nov 14/24 7am: Laser beer at 17C.
10.
Nov 16/24 1pm: Laser beer at 17.8C, FC up to 21C. Krausen dropping.
11.
Nov 17/24 12pm: Laser beer at 20.8C, added 5oz spruce tips and 1oz each Cascade and Chinook.
12.
Nov 19/24 7am: Laser beer at 20.5C. Added 1oz each Cascade and Chinook. FC up to 22C.
13.
Nov 25/24 7am: Started chilling, FC down to 10C.
14.
Dec 1/24: Bottling day! 17.5L with 4.71oz at 23C for 2.67 volumes.
