yeast starter:6 tsp of DME in 400 ml of water for 10 hrs

pitching temp 68F; mix 3.5 gals of 100F wort with 3.5 gals of 50F water

used filtered city water

strike temp 160F

68x12oz (355ml) bottles, marked SHP; bottled on /2024
8.
started fermentation @ 60F for 1 1/2 days

brewed on 9/17/2024
10.
fermented in glass (primary) and plastic (secondary)

7/8 cup of DME in 3 cups of water for priming
