See new mash/sparge doc. Procedure worked perfectly.

Cooling water was at 82 degrees, so used 20 lb. ice bath around pot. Pitched at 4 p.m. at 80 degrees.

1.012 gravity in five days when moved to secondary, 5% ABV, good sweet caramel malty flavor with mild hop balance.
