June 15/24: Mashed in with 16.87L, 5ml lactic, 3g CaCl2 and 2.5g CaSO4

Hit 65C, 45 minute mash.

Sparged with 18.92L, 6ml lactic, 3.5g CaCl2 and 3g CaSO4
4.
Accidentally left hot water on for roughly 5 minutes of chilling before switching to cold.
5.
June 15/24 1pm: Into FC set to 19C, pitched at 21C.
6.
June 16 7pm: Krausen forming, laser beer at 19C. FC down to 16.7C.
7.
June 17/24 7am: Laser beer at 17.6C
8.
June 19/24 830pm: Laser beer at 18.6C. Added 0.5oz Lorien dry hops.
9.
June 21/24 12am: Laser beer at 18.6C, FC up to 19.5C. Krausen still persistent but dropping.
10.
June 22/24 10am: Laser beer at 21.4C. Added 1oz of Lorien dry hops, FC up to 20C.
11.
June 23/24 1030am: FC up to 22.5C, still bubbling.
12.
June 8/24 7pm: Moved to freezer, FC at -1C.
13.
June 30/24 10:am Into FC set to -1C to cool.
14.
July 13/24: Bottling day! Added 5.27oz dextrose to 20L at 23C for 2.65 volumes.
