after decoction boiled, add to remnant of mash and raise temperature to 64C, rest x 15 min

heat whole mash to 70C, hold x 15-20 min or until conversion.

Lauter with 1 cup rice hulls, spare @ 80C

BOIL 90 min at least

cool to 13C

Ferment @ 20 C
