8.5 gal H2O, 0.5 g gypsum, 0.8 g calcium chloride, 1.2 g magnesium, 1.0 g NaHCO3

0.2 g Kosher salt, ascorbic acid to drop brewing water to pH of 6.0

Pull a third of the thick mash and decoct for 20 minutes.

Return decoction back to main mash and mash out at 170 F for 10 minutes.
