Special Instructions

1.
Fill pot to 13 gallons water, check PH after 10 minutes. Heat to 170
2.
Mash all grains at 153 degrees for 60 minutes
3.
Sparge with 170 degree water to 12.5 gallons, remove and discard grains.
4.
Boil for 60 minutes adding hops per schedule.
5.
Cool wart to yeast ferment temperature
6.
After fermentation is complete, about a week, transfer to secondary, cold crash at 39 degrees for 2 days
