Special Instructions
1.Feb 22/24: Mashed in with 16L, 2.5ml lactic, 3g CaCl2 and 2.5g CaSO4
2.Hit 66C, 45 minute mash.
3.Sparged with with 20L, 3ml lactic, 3.5g CaCl2 and 3g CaSO4
4.Added 7g of Clubhouse sea salt and 3g of Atlantic sea salt for a total of 10g during boil. Added with 1/2lb of lactose at 15 minutes.
5.Added 1/2lb of brown sugar, 3x tbsp each Carnation Simply Hot Chocolate and Hershey's Dark Cocoa powders.
6.Feb 22/24 1130am: Pitched into 20C wort, into 19C FC.
7.Feb 23/23 730am: Fermentation started, FC down to 13.5C.
8.Feb 24/24 845am: Laser beer at 14.5C.
9.Feb 26/24 1130am: Laser beer at 14.2C, up to 19C to finish.
10.Mar 02/24 12pm: Into FC set to 0C to chill.
11.Mar 24/24: Bottling Day! Added 5.3oz dextrose,175ml Creme de Cacao and 6g sea salt to 20.25L at 20C for 2.67 volumes
