Mash Steps

Special Instructions

1.
add .5 campden tablet per 10 gallons of strike/sparge water used to remove chlorine from tap water
2.
Mash at 149 for 60 minutes

Sparge with 170-180F until 7.2 gallons collected in kettle.
4.
Ferment 21 days at upper 60's (or low 60's if using kolsch yeast).
5.
cold crash and rack to secondary or keg and hold in 60's F for 14-21 days
6.
carbonate at 2.7 vol
