Special Instructions

1.
Add 1G of 175F strike water to mash tun
2.
Mash @152F for 60 minutes
3.
Sparge with 5.5G water
4.
Add first runnings to top of grain bed to remove husks
5.
60 minute boil
6.
@10 minutes insert wort chiller and add 1 tsp irish moss
7.
Pitch at 70F
8.
Secondary: Soaked whole beans in vodka 2 tbsp pure vanilla extract
9.
Keg: 4 oz lactose (dissolved, cooled)
