Brew 1: Started with 6.25gal, 5 after mash, ended with 3.75 after boil. (tasting note: yummy) Brew 2: Started with 7gal, 6 after mash, 5.25 final 1.045 OG. Brew 3: Sept 2, 2024 - 7gal start; hop was removed from the system - so improvising and using Czech Saaz 1 oz.
