A sort of Troegs Mad Elf clone at a lighter ABV, around 9%. After bottling, it turns out to be 8.2%. It's a light brown color and sweet-cheery taste. Experimenting with new brewing system and efficiency was way off (second time using system - first time efficiency was 77%). OG actual = 1.07, FG = 1.008 (same ABV as predicted gravities)
