All Grain Saison homebrew recipe. This homebrew recipe uses the following ingredients: 2-Row - US, Flaked Rye - US, Cane Sugar
- US, Tettnang Hops, Mt. Hood Hops, Styrian Goldings Hops, White Labs Belgian Saison I WLP565 Homebrew Yeast.
I never had a Saison until I made this beer, but WOW what a pleasant surprise. Lovely fruity, spicy notes that don't overpower what is intrinsically a simple, elegant pale ale. The only downside is the ABV - not ideal for hot weather drinking!
