Mash of Wonder 2023 beer. Goal is to brew a beer inspired by the classic Sazerac (anise, rye, sugar, lemon). Mandatory ingredients (I can omit ONE ingredient if desired): -Star anise -Anise seeds -Cryo Equinot hops (primarily tropical, citrus and melon) lemon and lime citrus, fruits like papaya, stone fruit, berry, apple, pine, fresh pepper) -Nectaron hops (pineapple, tropical fruit, stone fruit)
