Special Instructions

1.
Dissolve the dry extract after warming up the water somewhat, but not boiling yet, maybe 160 degrees fahrenheit.
2.
Continue heating and bring it to a boil for 30 minutes adding the hops according to the schedule.
3.
Cool the wort to room temperature and pitch the yeast. Fermentation will start.
