First all grain brew session. Mash temp stayed at 140. Tried to raise it with 2 1/2 gallon boiling water additions. No dice. Starting temp needs to be about 185.Let sit for 2 hours.Wort tasted sweet.Added hops 8 minutes into boil. Should add right away according to recipe.
