This is the comp recipe for the HOPS. Belgian Dubbel 26b according to BJCP. Brewed Sunday 23/9/2023. OG1.062 brings alchol back to tolerance for the ABV range allowed. 1/10/23 gravity check 1.004 will leave a bit longer. FG 1.002 15/10/23 bottled
