Mash 15L at 66C. Strike 75/76C. Next time 76/77/78C for 5kg.

Add proto floc. 10mins from end of boil.

Day1-5 19C / D5 raise to 22C / D7 chill to 15C, pitch 120g hops crash to 2C / D9 transfer to keg
