Special Instructions

1.
30% hops in whirlpool at 80 for 20mins / 70% D7-D9. Transfer to keg on D9-11
2.
Mash 15L at 66C. Strike 75/76C. Next time 76/77/78C for 5kg.

Add proto floc. 10mins from end of boil.
4.
Day1-5 19C / D5 raise to 22C / D7 chill to 15C, pitch 120g hops crash to 2C / D9 transfer to keg
5.
Brew Kettle Broken - 2x 10.5 L on the stove. Try 2x 30min boils instead of 60. Take 0.5L from Sparge.
