Special Instructions

1.
Mash at 152 for 1.5 hours (Heat to 162 to get temp) ~4.75-5 gallons H2O
2.
Sparge with water at 175 ~1.75-1.5 gallons H2O
3.
Wort volume should be ~6.5 gallons Pre-boil OG should be about 1.052
4.
Boil 60 min
5.
Add 1oz Hallertau Mittelfruh at 60 min mark
6.
Add 1oz Hallertau Blanc at 20 min mark
7.
Add 1 tsp Irish moss with 1/2 tsp Yeast nutrient at 15min
8.
Kill heat and begin chilling while whirlpooling
9.
Pitch yeast, try to ferment at 50 raise to 53 over the next three days then diacetyl rest at ~70
