Prepare Chilled Water

Prepare Sparge Water

MASH 156F for 60 minutes in 3.5Gallons
4.
Use Colander to sparge with 1.5 gallon water at 170F

Boil 45 minutes
6.
Add cooling coil
7.
Add 1 tsp Irish Moss
8.
Boil 15 more minutes
9.
Cool for approx. 1 hour
10.
Add Chilled Water to bring OG to 1.40
