This was my first home brew. It fails in comparison to the all grain brews that I make now, but this was a pretty good beer. It lacked any real complex flavor profiles but still ended up being a smooth and easy to drink brew.

Mash Steps

Special Instructions

1.
Add all of the malt extract to the brew water
2.
Bring to a Boil
3.
Add the Ahtanum Hops and Boil for 45 Minutes
4.
Add the US Golding Hops, Yeast Nutrient, and Irish Moss
5.
Boil for 15 Minutes
6.
Chill the Wort to 68F
7.
Transfer to Primary Fermenter and Pitch the Yeast
8.
Ferment for 2 Weeks
9.
Bottle or Keg and Enjoy!
