Special Instructions

1.
Sanitize everything with Starsan and sanitize again at every step after boiling for everything that comes in contact with the wort

chill wort to 20 to 14 Degrees Celsius

transfer to fermenter

Aerate wort by covering fermenter with a piece of santitized cling wrap and shaking ferrmenter
5.
pitch yeast
6.
place sanitized bung with sanitizer on carboy
7.
maintain fermentation temp of 15 to 20 celsius until fermentation is almost complete(4 or 5 days)
8.
raise temp to 22 celsius for 2 or 3 days
9.
keg, crash and carbonate for a week or 2
