Mash Steps

Special Instructions

1.
Mash at 62C for 20 mins then up to 69C for 40 mins. Then 75C for sparge.
2.
14 lts of bottled Elmhurst Lichfield Mineral water used in mash.
3.
Then on to boil for 90 mins. Hops in as above
4.
Chilled to 15C then yeast pitched.
5.
Fermenting well after 24 hrs at 15C - put into cellar for fermentation at 14C.
6.
Racked on May 10th. a week after brewing. SG1.012
7.
Lagered for two weeks then bottled with 70gms Dec on 23rd May SG1.011
