Total water 16.4; mash tun capacity 6.67; strike vol 5.56;col 10.9; total run

5.5 gal strike water at 125 F for 122 F dough-in

Dough-in pump off 10 min. mt dropped to 120, Now 7.5 gal. in MT

Pump on; Begin Raise to 143F Take mash pH after 10 min of recirculation. 5.6

add 20 ml lactic acid recirc 10 min re test pH now 4.7

Continue raise to 143, Rest 5 minutes.

Decoction: 1/3 of 7.5 gal = 20 pints = 10 quarts; Pressure cooker capacity 10 quarts so switch to tmave pivo mash sched

Pull thick decoction boil 30 min while holding main mash at 143F
9.
Set to "Reduce-low", 30 min. Lid open.
10.
Reunite mash targeting 154F rest 30 min total during decoction.
11.
Rest 5 min then pull 2nd thick decoction boil 15 min while holding main mash at 162F
12.
Reunite mash
13.
Raise to 162, rest for 30 min
14.
Mashout 170F 10 min
15.
1st runnings 3; total runnoff 13.7
16.
Next time, just schedule a regular step mash with Inkbird. Pull decoctions during steps.
17.
Reuniting does not really raise the temp of the mash
