1.Pitch @ 75 and ferment with no top pressure for 7 days.
2.Transfer to bright tank off of yeast with Silafine and cold crash 3 days. Check and FG.
3.Bottle with priming sugar and warm condition 2 weeks.
4.Move the bottles to the refrigerator and cold condition 4 weeks.
