Jan 15/23 130PM: Pitched into 20C wort, into FC set to 20C.

Jan 15/23 930PM: First signs of a krausen, FC down to 19C.
6.
Jan 16/23 630AM: Krausen forming and signs of fermentation. Laser beer at 19.4C, FC down to 15C.
7.
Jan 16/23 430PM: Big, white, rocky krausen has formed. Temperature at 16.2C
8.
Jan 17/23 7AM: Huge rocky krausen, lots of bubbling and activity in the fermentor. Laser 16.1C. Added a few drops of Fermcap.
9.
Jan 17/23 530PM: Came home to an overflowing airlock. Added a few drops more Fermcap and cleaned the airlock.
10.
Jan 17/23 530PM: Still at 16.2C
11.
Jan 19/23 730AM: Laser at 16.1C, bubbling and activity is slowing. FC up to 17.5C.
12.
Jan 19/23 10PM: Laser beer at 17.4C, FC up to 19C. Beer is super hazy.
13.
Jan 20/23 10PM: FC up to 20C, activity has really slowed down.
14.
Jan 25/23 830PM: Began cooling. FC down to 16C. With Parto.
15.
Feb 18/23: Bottling Day! 5oz dextrose to 19L at 21C for 2.65 volumes.
