The total boil volume ended up being much higher than the 8 planned. Therefore the OG was lower than the mark at 1.028.Around 3L was put in a 5L carboy and added 250g sugar to raise the OG to 1.053. This tasted too sugary after 10 days in the fermenter with FG at ~1.010. Tipped it out, didn't taste right.The other 8L used for below session info had 250g of DME added, raising the OG to 1.042 still off the mark of 1.048.
