Special Instructions

12l for the mash

sparge with 6L of 70C degree water
3.
Boil for 60 minutes, add hops according to table and protafloc 20 minutes before end of boil

Add yeast nutrient 10 minutes before end of boil

Chill to 20 deg C

Strain and move to fermenting vesel

Boil 30g of medium toasted american maple, 5mm slices, for 10 minutes.

Airate and add yeast
9.
Add the boiled toasted maple
10.
Dry hop after 7 days

When FG is reached, boil 60 g sugar with 2 dl water, cool add

Ad gelatin to bind dead yeast
13.
Bottle, let mature minimum 3 weeks
