Special Instructions
1.Water Chemistry: 5 g Gypsum, 5 g Calcium Chloride, 3 g Baking Soda.
2.Water Chemistry: 2 g Magnesium, 2 g Pickling Salt
3.Water Chemistry: Add 1.7 g of ascorbic acid to 8.5 gal brewing water.
4.Added 0.5 tsp citric acid to get the water to a pH of 5.9.
5.7-gallon estimated pre-boil gravity 1.043. Actual pre-boil gravity was 1.045
6.1.5 litre starter with the US-05
7.Ferment at 62 F for 3 days then let free rise to 70 F until done.
