this will need a big starter! or 5 pks or vials of yeast

soak oak cubes in a nice bottle of Heaven Hills Bourbon(Elijah Craig bourbon) up to 7-14 days
3.
add cubes to secondary along with High Gravity yeast and let sit for 4 weeks
4.
after 4 weeks rack into fresh carboy and let sit for 6 months
