Ferment saison yeast cool at 65F for 2.5 weeks (should test around 1.005)

Crash to 32F for 3 days to allow yeast dropout

Transfer to keg, raise temp to 48F and pitch 3470 with 1/3 cup priming sugar for 7-10 days
4.
Lager in keg to 2 weeks at 32F
