Mash Steps

Special Instructions

1.
Make a strong starter with yeast.
2.
Mash at 152* for 60 miniutes.
3.
Boil for 60 minutes, adding hops on schedule.
4.
Chill to 50* before oxygenating and adding yeast.
5.
Ferment at 50* for two weeks.
6.
Raise temp by 2* per day until it reaches 60*, leave for 4 days.
7.
Bring to room temp for 3 days.
8.
Package and lager for 2 months.
