Special Instructions
1.May 24/22: Mashed in with 15.16L, 5.5ml lactic acid, 2.5g each CaCl2 and CaSO4
2.Hit 64C, 45 minute mash.
3.Sparged with 20L, 5.5ml lactic acid, 3g each CaCl2 and CaSO4
4.57C grainbed, 82C water for 69C mashout. 20 minutes.
5.Yeastex and whirlfloc in with Cascade at 12 minutes.
6.Added 0.75oz coriander, zest of two medium oranges and 0.25oz sea salt at 9 minutes left.
7.May 24/22 1pm: Pitched into 27C wort, into FC set to 26C.
8.May 25/22 645am: Beer is fermenting briskly, added 1oz of Nelson Sauvin at high krausen.
9.May 25/22 5pm: Laser beer at 27.5C, FC up to 28C. Bubbling furiously.
10.May 26/22 645am: Krausen has dropped but still bubbling. Added 1oz of Nelson Sauvin. FC up to 30C.
11.May 27/22 6am: Fermentation appears to be complete. Laser at 30.1C
12.May 28/22 8pm: Cracked door and turned off heating to slowly cool.
13.May 30/22 6am: FC at 19.5C.
14.June 20/22: Bottling day! 20L at 30.5C with 7.9oz dextrose for 3.4 volumes.
