first ever attemptstarted with 33 litres - targeting 27 litres pre-boil, 6 litres of grain absorption (6kg grain @ 1 L/kg absorption)pre-boil gravity came in low at around 1.043 :'(added 1 kg light DME to compensate. Not sure if my mash skills are shit or if I added too much water.Ended up with 26 L of wort. Added way too much water, overshot by 5 litres.
