An attempt to make a London Ale similar to Fuller's London Pride. Made with 2-row malt (CDC Copeland) that I grew and malted myself, including homemade crystal malt.

Special Instructions

Pre-Boil volume 7.0 gallon and Pre-Boil OG =

Boil 60 minutes. Add aroma hops with 15 minutes remaining

Add 1 whirlfloc tablet at 5 minutes remaining
4.
Insert wort chiller with 10 min remaining. Cover with lid and chill to 65F.
5.
Rack to fermenter. Pitch yeast and aerate.
6.
Ferment at 65F for 7 days and rack to secondary fermenter for 7 days.
