Heat half gallon of buttermilk to 139F with cheeseclotch in double boiler

Collect curds in cheese cloth and squeeze -- then enjoy the cheese!

Collect whey and refrigerate overnight.

Brew and cool beer of your choice.

Add whey to cooled beer and stir.
