Tasting Notes (1)

Tasted on 6/13/2015 by Vince

Notes:

Tasted after dry hopping and before bottling. Beer already showing interesting hoppy notes with a light citrus Bouquet. East Kent Goldings aroma very fresh with Perle's bitterness to remain and settle in the bottle next couple of weeks.
