Tasted on 9/12/2014 by Scratch

Notes:

Slightly hazy golden color with a finger and a half worth of head. Great head retention that slowly fades to a foamy cap. Sweet caramel and slightly fruity aroma. Just a tiny hint of pineapple. Caramel malt with some hop bitterness and some fruitiness but no definite pineapple or mango flavor. However I get a strong pineapple taste after every belch. On the the heavy end of light bodied with a nice amount of carbonation. Good ale flavor but it needs more pineapple and mango flavor. Next time add more fruit or extract. Head retention and lacing were perfect.
