Cream of Three Crops Brew Session

Brew Session Info

(Include any important notes from brew day until tasting)

1/6/17 - We used the batch and fly sparge combo. This ended up getting us a much higher efficiency than we were shooting for. Hoping this doesn't bring out too much of an alcohol flavor. 1-21-17 I racked this to secondary and it was at 1.010. 1-30-17 put the ski beer carboy in the keg fridge to try to clear it up. Hazy, will wait until 2-3 and keg.
