Gravity Estimates

Based on boiling 7.70 gallonsliters at 1.055 for 60 minutes, this will decrease your wort by 1.00 gallonsliters, bringing your after boil OG to 1.062.

You wanted an OG of 1.063. It looks like it will be under.

Notes:

Note: tasted on 12/31 when I racked it (1.026 mg) - I pitched a small amt. of british yeast - Nottingham, + dry hop 1/2 oz. Nugget...ANYway, tasted bready and hoppy then, less hoppy during 1/7 tasting. Grain seems to come through which is what I was shooting for...we shall see.
