7.35pm Grain On Boil On Kept 3L back on the hops to see what happens, will do a secondary fermentation for two weeks then bottle the remainder. After a week in the secondary fermenter, found the bung didn't have the hole the entire way through... will give it four more days.

Really good taste on the basic batch. Well worth doing again, but keep the hops in for a bit longer before the final bottling.

Bottled the extra 2L amount today... this is incredible. It has been on the yeast and hops since 3 November!

Crazy full on with hops... hopping only one day and then bottling not such a good idea!
