Gravity Estimates

Based on boiling 6.00 gallonsliters at 1.030 for 60 minutes, this will decrease your wort by 1.00 gallonsliters, bringing your after boil OG to 1.035.

You wanted an OG of 1.074. It looks like it will be under.

Tasting Notes (2)

BackAlleyBrewing

Tasted on 10/11/2016 by BackAlleyBrewing

Notes:

Drained off a little more trub. Measured SG 1.020. Still tastes bitter, hopefully that will be muted in the remainder of the batch.

BackAlleyBrewing

Tasted on 10/2/2016 by BackAlleyBrewing

Notes:

1.016 gravity. Dark orange in color. very bitter, but this is the beer that come out with the trub and hops in the first flush. My nose is plugged so smelling and tasting is limited.
