(Include any important notes from brew day until tasting)
Split into two fermenters, about 0.9 gal each. Added 0.15 oz Spalt hop tea to one and will dry hop the other with like amount after primary is complete. At bottling time, the hop tea and the dry hop seemed to have equivalent hop aroma and flavor.

Gravity Estimates
Based on boiling 3.50gallonsliters at 1.035 for 60 minutes, this will decrease your wort by 1.00gallonsliters, bringing your after boil OG to 1.045.
You wanted an OG of 1.047. It looks like it will be under.
Nice hop aroma from both dry hop and hop tea gravity samples.
