Based on boiling 24.60 gallonsliters at 1.038 for 60 minutes, this will decrease your wort by 1.00 gallonsliters, bringing your after boil OG to 1.040. You wanted an OG of 1.058. It looks like it will be under.
Light flavour, the dry hop has given it almost a Savingnon touch... interested where this one will finish up!!
Light... using the Pale Ale and Viena has definitely given it a unique flavour... can't wait to see where this one goes!
