Had an issue with the fly sparge in that it came out too quick and didn't properly rinse the sugars. OG started at 1.035 and required a little more than half pound of sugar to get it to 1.050. Will note the final gravity to get accurate read of ABV but guessing it will be a 4.7% beer, still a great summer beer.
7/28/16 - tested the OG and I was at 1.012 or around 4.88% ABV. There were some issues with the gravity reader so not 100% sure about the OG, I used the old school hydrometer for the gravity reading today. Will check again in a week and keg.
