OL Wheat Brew Session

Brew Session Info

(Include any important notes from brew day until tasting)

Had to add 1 qt of boiling water to raise strike temp as I was sitting at 149. Boiled an extra 10 minutes as gravity readings seemed a little low as I was only suppose to collect 7.25 gallons and collected more.

Based on boiling 7.60 gallonsliters at 1.046 for 85 minutes, this will decrease your wort by 1.42 gallonsliters, bringing your after boil OG to 1.055.

You wanted an OG of 1.068. It looks like it will be under.

Notes:

Nice clean, taste. With Lemon after taste, ended up finishing higher ABV than expected. Should still be a nice crisp summer beer!
